CAM construction, the new obligations for design and works are in force

The construction CAMs apply to tenders for the awarding of the design and construction works, demolition, recovery, urban and building renovation, replacement, restoration, maintenance of works, ordinary maintenance and extraordinary maintenance.
The building CAMs also apply to buildings protected under the Cultural Heritage and Landscape Code and to those of historical-cultural and testimonial value, unless the CAMs are compatible with the conservation interventions to be carried out.
In general, if the CAMs conflict with sector technical regulations, the designer, in the technical project report, must justify the non-applicability of the CAM and the regulatory references.
